Description
IBM Maximo Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for a 2 to 3 month initial contract based in Warwickshire.
Required Skills/Experience:
- At least 3 years experience with Requirements sizing, design and development.
- At least 3 years experience with Smart Cloud Control Desk (SCCD/ICD)/Maximo tools (version 7.5)
- At least 3 years experience with SR, Incident, Problem and Change management tools.
- Experienced with SCCD/ICD v7.5.x/v7.6.x Migration Manager
- SCCD/ICD v7.6.x Installation and upgrades
- 0-6 months strong knowledge of SLA functionality
- Hands-on experience performing configurations (application designer, workflows, field-level controls, escalations, Cron tasks, database configurations, automation scripts) for Smart
- Cloud Control Desk 7.5.x/7.6.x
- Experience with ITIC and loading discovered data to SCCD/ICD 7.5.x/7.6.x
- Experienced with TDI (or similar systems) for interfacing with Legacy systems eg Netcool
- Report Design and support experience eg BIRT Report Designer
