Service Desk Analyst - 1st Line - AD, Exchange, Windows - PARIS - FRANCE
Calling all Service Desk Analysts/1st line support analysts experienced covering the 1st line of a busy service desk interested in an initial 3 month contract opportunity!
A world renowned Fortune 500 business is seeking confident and talented Service Desk Analyst/1st line with exceptional communication skills to work within a highly complex, client facing environment. The successful candidate MUST be fluent in French and English.
You'll be experienced in a 1st line technical support role within a windows environment, with good exposure to Active Directory and MS Exchange. As a Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for new tickets with the ability to see all issues through to resolution, communicating over the phone with clients.
Key Skills Include:
- Excellent customer service
- Experience troubleshooting Active Directory & Exchange using a ticketing system
- Confidence to troubleshoot unknown issues - not phased with collating logical information for escalation
- Ability to work under pressure in a corporate environment
- Fluent French and English speaking
