Internationally renowned as an innovative, high-growth and world leading technology Company are recruiting for a Systems Integration Engineer to work within a challenging, multi-faceted environment at their site in Aldershot.
Much of the work in the UK facility is in designing broadband Satcom terminals with features appropriate to applications such as airborne, telemedicine, remote backhaul, ground mobile communications and defence applications. Each case needs system test, integration and trial activities.
Key Responsibilities-
+ Write integration & test plans
+ Define test requirements
+ Write and execute test procedures
+ Lead trials activities
Skills and Knowledge required-
+ 3+ year's experience in the field of satellite broadband networks and technologies
+ Familiar with wireless communication theory
+ An Engineering Degree
+ Recent relevant work experience
+ Experience in defining integration test plans
+ Experience in deriving system test requirements from system requirements
+ Hand on experience with communication test equipment
+ Fault finding ability down to LRU level
+ Fully conversant with System Integration, Validation & Verification strategies, including Certification and Environmental Qualification processes
