Competencies requirements:
- High level of expertise in Cisco Collaboration domain (5+ years of experience in deploying and operating complex Cisco Collaboration platforms)
- CUCM (dialplan, logical partitioning), IM&P, Unity Connection, UCCX and their APIs
- TMS, Conductor, TPS, Expressway, CMS. Experience in Microsoft interoperability (S4B, O365)
- Provisioning Tools (Knowledge of KURMI software would be a plus)
- Voice Gateways: PSTN, CUBE, DSP, routing & switching
- CCNP Level is required for Routing and Switching domains understanding and troubleshooting
- Previous experience in VMWare virtualization environment and good understanding of the solution capacities
- Previous experience on Scripting development around APIs (Python, NodeJS, )
