IT Service Desk Analysts
One of our Leading Clients is looking for multiple IT Service Desk Analysts for a 3 month rolling contract. The position is to start on 1st August 2017.
The IT Service Desk Analysts should speak any ONE of the following languages;
- German
- French
- Russian
- Czech
The IT Service Desk Analysts will be for:
Call and Incident Handling
- Provide first level call and email support to customer's PC, including software and hardware related issues.
- Assign unsolved calls to the appropriate IT teams.
- Instruct users on processes
- Translation of end user communications to English in case necessary
