Functional Analyst (FA) - Telco (Telecommunications)
For one of my globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for a FA (Functional Analyst) with at 5 years of telco (telecommunications) experience who will work in my clients application team as a Functional Analyst. The person on this position together with the current application team will be responsible for design and functional analysis for the business Services and Application user interface of the application.
The successful FA (Functional Analyst) with telco (Telecommunications) experience must be available to start ASAP and essentially you must have the following skills & experience:
Must Have:
- Min of 3+ years experience for functional analysis within a telco environment:
- Writing Use cases
- Creating Wireframes/Screen Design
- Functional Design
- GIS and Address Management experience (nice to have)
- Designing business Services
- Designing Data and Entity models
- Experience in Functional Testing
Tools
- SoapUI
- Progress DXSI
- Visio
- MS Word, Powerpoint
Soft Skills
- Fluent in English
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Knowledge of UML, Use case descriptions Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Presentation Skills, Well organized with attention to detail
- Well versed working with MS Office tools, Word, Powerpoint, excel
Your Responsibilities & Duties, whilst not limited to, will consist of:
- Functional Analysis/Design for Business Services (SOA) needed to be built on the new application
- Documenting user requirements and designing application user interface screens for the application
- Functional validation of use cases during integration testing phase.
