Description
One of Cyberteam customers based in Stockholm is currently looking for a Senior Agile coach to join them in August for an initial 6 months contract with high chance to extend:
Tasks:
- Coach and support our internal staff in realizing the best possible results, challenge and grow them
- Support the digital transformation and improve our ways of working towards a more agile setup
- Support in building our digital competences, with a specific focus on internal competences, including attracting new talent
- Work with other (Agile) IT managers to drive innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in- and outside IT.
Requirements:
- Experienced in the IT Market (Lean IT, Continuous delivery, cloud processes, etc)
- Good at solving problems. You have a passion for redesigning processes which have been marked as impediments by the organization.
- Realizing the best possible results by empowering others, giving them responsibilities, challenging them and keeping them sharp and alert
- Able to attract new talent
- Used in working in an international working environment
- Swedish speaking consultant is preferred.

English Speaking - Swedish would be preferred though
