Proteus Europe is searching for a Customer Support Engineer for our client based in Mallusk, Newtownabbey (Ireland)

Our Client :-

Our client is a leading player in both the Mobile Security and Banknote Processing markets in Great Britain and Ireland, with about 230 employees. Our client is a major player in these markets since the 1990s and has been established with comprehensive personalisation facilities in Wembley since 2000. The company has had a very successful history delivering innovative products and services to our customers. Our success has been built on the commitment of our employees to excellence as well as on the continuous innovation delivered by our client.

Salary and Office Hours :-

£25,500 per annum plus £3,000 response allowance. Core shift and response cover Mon-Fri.

Your New role :-

1 Remote customer support - Helpdesk log, weekly reports
2 Preventive maintenance
3 Corrective maintenance - IRs and SLA downtimes
4 Maintain site stock - Stock Accuracy within +/-1%
5 Maintain documentation - Site Audits
6 Liaise with customer - Weekly Meetings held and Recorded
7 Liaise with Service Manager. Manager kept up to date at all times of site status
8 Operator Training

Your Skills and experience :-

Essential Skills :-

Specific product training (BPS1000, Numeron, DTCs)
Networking
Time management and communication
Fully IT conversant across a range of packages Basic High
