Leading international consultancy requires an experienced STB tester, as below.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The job is to be part of Technical Field Trial support team with STB testing background and can coordinate TFT activities
Provide technical input in regards to projects, development of test documents, test reports and defect reports
Monitoring field trials for new and updated products.
Report issues to engineers from field trial testing and verify resolved issues before rolling out products to production
Support development/integration teams for defects reproduction, analysis and debugging
Required Skills:
Experience of STB testing for all critical DTV features such as PPV, VOD, DVR and EPG is mandatory
Good understanding of Client Server Technologies within Broadcast Video Head-end Architectures is required
Understanding in testing DTV features for smart device sync up with STB (iOS & Android)
Experience in System integration testing on STBs would be a definite plus
Clear communication is a must to report issues to engineering team
Excellent troubleshooting skills required
