Incident Manager

URGENT!

For one of my globally leading tech firms I am urgently looking for a fluent French speaking Incident Manager with a background in SDA (Service Desk Support) and Service Desk Support Team lead to join an international team for a minimum 4 month contract in Budapest, Hungary.

This will ideally suit you if you are local, or simply wanting to work away from home for a while at a rate above the local market expectations for the country.

As a Incident Manager, you must be ITIL certified, or have a proven background working within ITIL methodology and of course be fluent in French!
