SAP HCM Consultant in Romania (m/f)

Your Skills
- Extensive SAP HCM consulting background with at least one 1 roll-out done
- Experience in engaging (local business) management for customization needed
- Fluent Romanian and English skills are required
Your Tasks
- Lead discussions with local businesses on how to implement the Romanian country pack and meet specific national legal/regulatory requirements
- Document the decisions and configure the template changes in a development environment
- Identify RICEFs and CRs (change requests) and document to allow an estimate by the central team for any template changes
- Ensure local language translations in the systems
- Liaise with other workstreams working in parallel such as Data Migration and Business Change
Also:
- Travel expenses will be compensated separately.
- Consultant is expected to mostly work on-site.
