Compliance Monitoring and Testing Manager - Glasgow - £300 - £500 p/day
We are currently recruiting a Compliance Monitoring and Testing Manager to join a leading Bank based in Glasgow on a contract basis.
As a Compliance Monitoring and Testing Manager you will support the Banks Compliance strategy through the delivery of a continuous programme of monitoring and testing activities. Through influencing positive actions and adding value as a result of reviews, the role holder will be responsible for enhancing the compliance culture within the organisation in a manner consistent with the company values.
You as the ideal candidate will requirs:
- In depth Compliance knowledge
- Ability to develop, assess and deliver effective monitoring and testing methodologies
- Banking/Financial Services background
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical skills
