eCommerce Support Analyst - Multilingual (English, German, French and / or Italian) wanted for our Zurch based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Exceptional Client focus and high pressure resistance
  • Outstanding communication skills and working experience within a global team
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting as well as IT savviness and a general interest in understanding Internet technology
  • Previous experience within an Information Technology Helpdesk is a strong plus
  • Languages: fluent English, Italian and / or French. German intermediate. Any additional language would be a plus


Your tasks:
  • Providing professional multi-lingual technical support for various business critical applications via phone, e-mail, chat
  • Taking ownership of each client issue through root cause and solution
  • Monitoring system infrastructure
  • Collaborating with other production support teams, business groups and external client technical staff to identify and resolve IT issues
