Job Description:

L3/L4 level of experience in all aspects of Citrix technologies including designing, engineering, implementing, performance-monitoring, tuning, Scripting, upgrades and maintenance in production environment .

Information Systems experience
-
5+ years of experience in
o Designing, implementing, & supporting Citrix XenDesktop (VDI), Hosted Shared Desktops and Published application in both a VMware ESX and Microsoft Hyper-V/SCVMM environments
o Remote Access Technologies and implementing, deploying, and supporting Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix Provisioning Services.
o Managing Microsoft Windows 20xx Server
o Managing Microsoft Active Directory
o NetScaler's; particularly in regards to load balancing and Citrix Access Gateway.
o Implementing, deploying, and supporting Citrix XenMobile

Extensive and proven knowledge of Citrix technologies: XenApp 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, XenDesktop 4.x, 5.x,7.x Provisioning Services 5.6 and 6.x, 7.x, Citrix NetScaler MPX, SDX 5500, Advanced Access Gateway 9.x, Web Interface and EdgeSight.

Extensive and proven knowledge of Microsoft Technologies: Server 2003, 2008,2012 Windows XP & Windows 7 Windows 10.

Extensive knowledge of Internet Explorer and other browser configurations.

Strong background with User profile management tools, RES Workspace Manager, AppSense Management Suite, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory Policy Management and Storage Area Networks.

Upgrade NetScaler Gateway to latest firmware version, Setup Load Balancing, Secure New sites.

Perform application Patches, hotfixes and server upgrades activities, in Citrix environment

Experience PowerShell Scripting

Experience with thin clients (setup, configuration, and management).

Configuring and resolving XenDesktop/XenApp Print Management issue centrally and local
