SIAM SME technical specialst.
Next Ventures are currently exceuting as earch for a SIAM specialist for a 12 months contract in Oslo.
The role responsabilities:
Clearly define the scope and objectives to be included in the SIAM model, including commercial, managerial, and operational aspects
Provide expertise and previous experience to design and implement an internal and/or hybrid SIAM Operating Model, including governance
Utilize previous experience to scale the SIAM function appropriately toward the size of the company and the environment eg establish lean workflows with agile maintenance techniques
Ensure the SIAM Operating Model addresses and maps governance across internal and external service deliveries for effective end-to-end service delivery and transparent escalations in relation to incident and problem resolution
Define required capabilities and potential gaps or pitfalls in running a service integration model (eg workflow or escalation issues). Propose actions/resolutions to remediate these
Review the existing ITSM tool suite and recommend any changes or additional tools required
