Description
Mosaic IT Analyst required for a 3 month assignment to deliver post go live change requests to the system, Must have extensive Mosaic configuration experience, including finance set up and purchasing.
The brief is to work alongside Business Analysts to configure the system to agreed specifications - with the deliverable below Must have the ability to self-manage and be comfortable working in a matric environment
IT Analysts applying must have experience in providing fixes and support to users in Mosaic.
The role is for an IT Analyst with significant experience in the Mosaic social care system, especially in the finance module of the system.
The post will support issue resolution for both case management, finance and financial interfaces.
The candidate should have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, supporting customers through to satisfactory closure of problems.
The role will sit in the IT team managing the system to provide additional capacity in the period post go live. The role has potential to be up to November 2017.
The candidate should be self-managing and accustomed to be working in a high pressure environment.
An understanding of both Adults and Children's social care is essential.
