Description

Role - Product Technology Engineer (CS Domain)
Location - Voorburg, The Netherlands
Duration - 3 months
Start - ASAP

Purpose of the role:

- Ensures CS services introduction, availability and continuous improvement/quality of services by providing operations and maintenance support for the services and the platforms/applications/solutions particular to the CS service.

Essential Skills:

- At least 5-7 (EXPERT 10) years of experience in mobile and fixed operational support organization within the domains of CS Core and Number porting.
- Experienced in ITIL processes.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with ICT operations and maintenance support.
- Good understanding of mobile and ISP network architecture (GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE,IP, Internet).
- Experience with ICT operations and maintenance support.
- Mobile Voice Core (Mitel VoLTE/IMS, MSS, MGW, HLR&NT-HLR of Nokia and STP of Oracle, SBCs Oracle and Mitel).
- In depth knowledge of protocols: SS7, SIGTRAN, Camel, ISUP, MAP, H.248, Megaco., VoIP.
- CCNA or equivalent.
- Network and performance monitoring.
