Description

My client is a professional services firm looking for Wellbeing Consultant to support their Head of Reward in developing the Wellbeing Strategy and annual delivery plan. This is a 6 month contract paying £300-£500 per day, they are open to reduced hours and/or some home working once the person has settled in.

The incumbent will then be responsible for coordinating and implementing the delivery plan in order to support the organisation to create an environment which encourages and promotes the health, resilience and wellbeing of staff whilst supporting them to develop and grow.

Key accountabilities:

  • Promoting and coordinating the delivery of the wellbeing strategy, taking personal responsibility where appropriate for the achievement of delegated tasks
  • Support the Head of Reward in developing the wellbeing communication strategy and coordinate the deliver and provide progress reports on activities
  • Facilitate wellbeing activities such as workshops to promote health and wellbeing
  • Support the development of business cases and bids for activities and expenditure to improve wellbeing
  • Undertake research on wellbeing issues and present information and recommendations where relevant, to the Head of Reward
  • Act as the main point of contact for wellbeing ideas and feedback
  • Assist the Head of Reward with the development of policy and practice in relation to wellbeing - there may be some requirement to be involved in other areas of reward/HR such as supporting occupational health; long term absence and benefits etc.

Skills:

  • Previous experience of driving forward key projects with pace and should have specific reward and/or wellbeing experience.
  • We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and be proactive in moving forward the wellbeing agenda with support and guidance from the head of reward.

We will also consider a seasoned reward analyst that can keep projects moving forward, but who may not have a deep knowledge of the wellbeing arena.

This role falls under IR35 legislation
