Gazelle Global is looking for an infrastructure consultant
The job is located in Bordeaux, France to begin ASAP as a contractor. The contract is for 1 year and you need to speak French and English fluently. Pay rate depend on your profile
Primary Skillset:
Infrastructure, server, network, Storage support at local sites.
Service Delivery Management for Site Infra
Main duties:
Must be able to easily identify the source of an issue (network, server, PC, Firewall, etc)
Ability to perform basic HW installation and initial setups
Manage incidents and outages as per Merck standards
Manage change requests, including those related to GxP systems
Manage business demands an align them with the regional head of IO
Proactively monitor, document and report all infra related aspect of the sub region
Manage, implement and report on compliance and security controls (vulnerability, DRP, DRT, capacity, asset, configuration, local SOPs, etc.)
Implement, monitor and report on infra projects and coordinate with global/regional/local support groups and vendors
Drive continual improvement
