Description

Communications Services Analyst and Support Engineer wanted for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Competency of Skype for Business voice deployments - IM, Voice and A/V Conferencing
  • Know-how of global dial plan, routing, voice routing, call flows and transcoding
  • Familiarity of Skype for Business call features, such as Response Groups
  • Competent handling of Cisco Call Manager and Analog device support
  • Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Managing technical aspects of telecom carrier relations for the company
  • Performing research and technical analysis in addition to assisting escalations and troubleshooting problems
  • Conducting projects to completion with superior follow-up
  • Contributing and supporting the coordination and execution of the SIP Trunking rollout
  • Supporting to the ALL IP Migration Switzerland
