Service Desk Analyst - Xen desktop - Contract - Hampshire
Square One are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to work for one of our clients in Hampshire on a 6 month initial contract. You will be joining a large IT support team, providing support to the internal users;
Essential skills;
- Service Desk Experience
- Understanding of ITIL Guidelines
- Experience with Citrix (Xen Desktop)
- Experiencing supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience providing support for Windows 10
Desirable skills:
- Experience providing 1st line support for office 365
- ITIL Certification
