Service Desk Analyst - Xen desktop - Contract - Hampshire

Square One are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to work for one of our clients in Hampshire on a 6 month initial contract. You will be joining a large IT support team, providing support to the internal users;

Essential skills;

  • Service Desk Experience
  • Understanding of ITIL Guidelines
  • Experience with Citrix (Xen Desktop)
  • Experiencing supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience providing support for Windows 10

Desirable skills:

  • Experience providing 1st line support for office 365
  • ITIL Certification
