VCB for new features

Custom software support

Scheduled change support for Prime Network and Prime performance manager

  • Maintenance windows regarding changes in NMS (up to 2)
  • Minor upgrades (patches installation - up to 2)

Continuous learning

Knowledge transfer sessions for Prime Network and Prime Performance Manager

  • Sessions oriented per type of user (operators or administrators - up to 2)
  • Hands on (assumptions customer provides environment)

Provide a monthly summary (Support Summary) of the support services carried out each month.
