Experience working in Golden gate environment is a must.
Oracle 10, 11, 12 on IBM Power 8/AIX
Oracle Dataguard
Oracle RAC
RMAN, backup/recovery/cloning
Oracle Enterprise Manager
ITIL processes
Performance investigation and tuning
Installation and patching of Oracle database software on AIX
Incident resolution
Experience in in-sourcing systems from other operators
