ServiceNow Architect
- Process consultant experienced in implementing process for ITSM applications with more than 8 years experience
- Should have experience in conducting process workshops, performing gap analysis, requirement gathering for ITSM, CMDB, discovery, integration with monitoring tools
- Should have 6-8 years experience in creating design and solution documents Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
- Should have experience in configuring CMDB, mid Servers, experience in integrations including AD, SCCM etc.
- Should have experience in loading data into servicenow from multiple sources Including spreadsheets, SQL Servers and other data sources into servicenow by cleaning and transforming data.
- Should have experience in CMDB reconcilation & remediation
- Should have experience in customization of probe & sensor in Discovery
- Should have experience in CMDB Datamodelling
- Should have experience in Discovery, CMDB & integrations troubleshooting
- Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes & Servicenow Administrator certifie
