VMware IT Consultant ESXI - Cloud director.
Requirements for the role
Event, incident, and problem analysis- Understands the goals, objectives, and challenges of Cloud infrastructure event monitoring and management
Experience of the service assurance process including escalation and fault handling
Experience with central authentication (LDAP/AD)
IT governance understanding - Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of company's IT governance including IT cloud-based strategic direction, goals, objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs)
Service broker - Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be a service broker for IT provided services
Working in large (deployed) production environment
English in both speaking and writing
Experience of agile work methods eg LEAN, Scrum, Kanban etc is a plus
Project/assignment management and/or test experience is a plus
Must have the following technical competences:
Extensive hands-on experience on VMware products, including:
o Vmware vCenter
o Vmware ESXi
o Vmware vCloud Director
o VMware NSX
o Vmware vSAN
o Vmware LogInsight
o Vmware vRealize Network Insight
o Vmware vROPS
