Description
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in IT implementation and Administration, including LAN, WAN and Wireless Network, Firewalls, performance monitoring and analysis, Root cause troubleshooting and analysis
- The candidate must have expert level network design experience designing, integrating, installing and troubleshooting global enterprise networks including LAN, WAN and Wireless
- Candidate must also have expert level knowledge with layer 2 and layer 3 technologies specifically having experience with Cisco, Ericsson and Juniper networking equipment.
- Extensive knowledge on Switching, Routing, Wireless Technology and TCP/IP Network
- Installing, Configuring, managing and Troubleshooting of Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless controller, Access points.
- Deep knowledge on Networking Platforms like Cisco IOS, Cisco NX-OS, Cisco Cat (9400, 6500, 4500, 3850, 3750, 2960), Cisco Routers (6500, ISR, ASR, 2900), Wireless (WLC 5500, 3504, Flex7510, Cisco Meraki, Mobility Express)
- Configure/Troubleshooting Protocols: RIP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, Rapid Spanning Tree, PVST, PIM Sparse Mode, VLAN, Inter VLAN routing, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, GRE, IPSec, HSRP
- Taking Network devices IOS & Configuration backups and restore
- Troubleshooting of network issues & reach ability issues
- Creating, Configuring & Managing VLANs, Trunking, VTP & STP
- Deep understanding of WLAN technologies, network management, and security, including 802.11 b/g/n/ac standards and industry best practices.
- Experience implementing high-density WiFi solutions and Fundamental knowledge of security protocols and authentication (WPA2, EAP-TLS, 802.1x, AAA) and hands-on experience with RADIUS infrastructure (ClearPass, ISE).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams.
- Must have CCNP but CCIE (Cisco certified Internetwork Expert) would be an added advantage
