Description
Our client, a reputable Glasgow based banking organisation, require the services of a contract Solutions Designer to work on a number of initiatives with a focus on Core Banking, Cards, High Value and High Volume Payments, Financial Crime solutions and Robotics and Process Automation.
The successful candidate will be joining an existing team and work closely with Business and Technology colleagues to create appropriate, fit for purpose designs. In order to be successful in your application, you must be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
* Experience and expertise in technical design roles within the retail banking sector
* Practical experience of working with a wide range of technologies ideally in the areas of Core Banking, High Value Payments, High Volume Payments, Cards, Financial Crime and Automation
* Ability to work with Business and Technology stakeholders
* Demonstrable ability to run design forums which may involve detailed design resources in significant projects or programmes
* Peer reviewing designs produced by others
* Application of Data Management principles across all designs produced including creation/maintenance of the relevant artefacts
You will be confident in your approach to stakeholder & 3rd party engagement as well as having exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
