Description

My client are looking for an experienced IBM Case Manager Support consultant with experience with Caseman (ACM - OBM - BPM - IIB) and development experience

Tasks:

  • Quality assurance and 3rd line support:
  • Configuration tasks within ACM - ODM - BPM - IIB
  • Development tasks (eg Java JEE and Oracle DB (SQL), web services
  • Maintenance of ACM Front End (UI - Dojo toolkit)
  • Testing (module, FAT) and support of client acceptance testing (ACC)
  • Recovery
  • Release Management of the platform and stream software maintenance (including back-out procedures)

Document management: contribute to

Architecture solution and design principles

Test strategy, plan and descriptions (FAT)

User stories (functional baseline)

Technical training material

Meetings:

Technical Workgroup, on request (assessment of technical and architecture changes)
