Senior IT Programma Manager IFRS9

Functie
- Report hierarchically to CS IT Finance Director and functionally to the overall IFRS 9 Program Manager
- Be the owner of the planning in terms of completeness, quality and any update needed following unexpected issue(s) or any new development within the program. As a standard principle, any adjustment of the planning must be avoided and in the worst case submitted to IFRS9 SC for approval
- Be responsible for all cross border deliverables, risks and issues with a clear and communicated plan (owner, action and due date) for risk mitigation and issue resolution

- Ensure the required capacity is on-boarded, trained and brought up to speed; anticipate and resolve any capacity issue, including set up of a holiday planning ensuring continuity of activities
- Align on a day-to-day basis with the project team, including the chosen partner. Lead by example and embed the right team spirit in the team
- Steers all resources (both internals and externals) who are part of the project
- Make sure the necessary AGT resources (infrastructure requirements) and Finance BAU (knowledge transfer and maintenance after go live) are involved from the start
- Involve Architecture, IT Security and IT risk when needed and seek pro-actively for their involvement and approval on necessary pre-requisites during project execution
- Ensure full alignment with Information Strategy Analyst on content and progress; ask for his support/advice when stakeholder management or SC approval are needed.
- Be responsible for any weekly status update and any other material for the IFRS9 Steering Committee, Gloria - Steering Committee and beyond and submit them to the Information Strategy Analyst for quality check and review before sending material further.
- Escalate to CS IT Finance Director and/or overall IFRS 9 Program Manager any issue/risk that requires their intervention.
- Travel regularly between NL and US to ensure the optimal level of interaction and alignment

- Successful delivery of IT part of IFRS9 project is a must
Requested knowledge, experience and qualifications.
- Experience with Global Financial projects. IFRS9 knowledge.
- Project/Program mgt experience.
