Essential
1-2 years experience working with SAP Cloud 4 Customer, including experience working in a similar role for one full life cycle implementation with a specific focus on customisation and development for Cloud 4 Customer Service or Sales.
3-4 years experience with other CRM and service management applications, including working in a similar role during full life cycle implementation(s).
Strong capability and experience working with the Cloud Application Studio for C4C including a deep knowledge and understanding of the IDE and basic application and solution architecture
In depth understanding and experience working with BODL and ABSL to define custom objects, extend standard objects and develop custom extensions to functionality through Scripting and transactional events or time based workflow
Experience of Development of new UI components based on custom and standard objects
Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, managers and colleagues and possess good written and English language skills for documentation and presentations.
Other:
Ability to prepare packages and content and execute deployment of features between environments including documenting release notes and any deployment and maintenance procedures
Ability to perform administrative tasks related to system management for Cloud for Customer Service, Sales and Social Engagement
Familiarity and experience working within a team employing Scrum Agile processes and techniques to deliver software components
Experience of Development of complex access restrictions
Experience of Creation of data mash-ups to support UI integration, data federation and URL redirect or iFrames
Ability to load and manage data using XML, Excel templates or integration services
Experience of Development of complex workflow, notifications and approvals for custom objects
Experience of Development of C4C solutions and deployment to the C4C mobile app
Experience of and extension of integration services for standard and custom objects (eg as REST/
OData services
Experience of Configuration and implementation of standard C4C/ECC data flows (integration services)
Experience of security elements to enable SSO via 3rd party identity provider (using SAML)
Experience of Configuration of CTI and LiveChat components integrated with the Live Activity Pane
Experience of Integrating Social Media channel with C4C (Cloud 4 Social Engagement)
Experience of Creation of custom reports and modifications to out of the box reports per requirements
