We are looking for
IT Support Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Budget for and purchase local IT hardware such as: server, storage, switches, computers, printers, beamers, TV's and video conference systems
  • Setup, configure and maintain local IT hardware (OS Installation, hardware & firmware upgrades)
  • Monitor performance of backend hardware and services
  • Planning and implementing new hardware and software backend systems and services such as: ESX Hosts, DHCP, Fileserver, Printserver
  • Incident management: tracking, resolving and managing end-user support
  • User Account administration (Active Directory, GPO's, etc.)


Your qualifications
  • Basic education as IT Supporter / IT Administrator with a degree as
  • Microsoft Certified Professional or a similar qualification
  • Profound experience as a generalist of an extended IT Service Desk
  • Competent IT skills in VMware ESX, Microsoft Server 2012, Microsoft Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office Network incl. switch configuration, DHCP, DNS, etc.
  • You are well organized, self-motivated and autonomous service oriented, trustworthy, approachable, a team player with a friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in local languages (German and French), as well as fluency in English
