Description
This role is based in Paris, France and is business-facing so French language skills (and English) are an absolute must. You will not be considered if you do not speak French to business standard.
Tasks
- Automate Foreign Currency Payments
This is classed as an outbound interface so need to work with outsourced development team (outsourced)
Review payment process for UK and see if it is suitable for France
SAP produces standard files so need to work with Banks/Swift to agree file format
Introduce encryption
Review Bank Communication Manager (BCM) set up for UK and see how it can be utilised for France
Need to configure SAP; Test; Deploy
- Automate Bank Statements/Reconciliations
Communicate with our other banks to confirm bank statement format (preference is MT940s)
Need to configure SAP; Test; Deploy
End User Training
- Inter-company
Review our current set-up where we pool cash in one bank account and see if we can automate some of the SAP postings
Luxembourg Go-Live
- FICO skills required for basic SAP deployment in Luxembourg
- Core Finance - GL, AP, FA, AR,
- Work with off-shore consultant for SAP configuration
- Provide on-site training for small Luxembourg Finance team
- Limited travel to Luxembourg required
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 Years FICO experience
- Minimum 3 Years SAP Treasury experience
- Previous experience deploying SAP in French Companies
- Previous experience liaising with French Banks on SAP deployments and SEPA payments
- BCM experience
- DMEE experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good English (verbal and written)
