Description
Exactest has an upcoming requirement for a Senior Business Analyst with previous Telco project domain experience in particular Network Management, Fault Management and KPI software solutions. This role is based in Dublin and applicants are expected to be onsite in Dublin 5 days per week.
Essential Requirements
- Responsible for facilitating Business and Technical requirements gathering and analysis
- Develop detailed project plans in conjunction with Project Manager
- Maintain project artefacts such as Requirements Traceability Matrix and project R.A.I.D
- Identify, manage stakeholders (internal and external)
- Map data interface specification to the source and extract systems
- Demonstrated experience of stakeholder management in a cross functional environment
- Articulate and comfortable chairing requirements workshops
- Proactive, detail oriented and ability to work independently
- Previous system deployments and integrations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Procurement and Software Vendor selection process activities
Core Skills
Candidate must have extensive experience of project delivery within a Telco environment and ideally with prior project experience in Network Performance Monitoring and Management.
The candidate should also possess the following skills and experience and be able to demonstrate/substantiate them at interview:
- Experience of business and functional requirements elicitation and gathering
- Experience with Systems Integration and interface development
- Detailed experience and knowledge of Issue Management
- Producing, reviewing and evaluating key project documentation such as data interface and functional requirements, testing documents including test coverage, test cases etc.
- Experience with test evidencing
- Relationship management with internal colleagues, 3rd parties, suppliers and vendor management
- Excellent all round communication and interpersonal skills
- Decisive and influential at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure
- Delivery focused, proactive and motivated
- Advanced user of MS Project, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Qualifications
- IT Degree or equivalent
- Business Analyst Qualification
