Description

Document Specialist/Document management Analyst, Prague - 8 months to start 2 year contract - 300 Euros - 366 euros.

. The role is full time in Prague;
. Realistically the role will probably start after Christmas until August 2018, but likely to extend into 2019. Candidates need to be available for a client interview in December;
. Candidates must be a citizen of the EU and have a UK SC or European SC Clearance;
. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of handling classified documentation;
SC Clearance is required for this role, which is full time in Prague.
Currently the contract runs through to August 2018 but will most likely be extended until early 2019 once new contracts are in place by the end of 2017.

You must have a meticulous approach to your work and be able to follow the set processes clearly.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is very organised and capable of working under pressure.
Responsibilities include:

. Cataloguing and distribution of documents
. Encryption and decryption of classified documents
. Defining processes for document management
. Configuration of the document management system (DMS)
. Communicating DMS standards and process to management
. Managing DMS folder structure
. Managing DMS access rights based on 'Need to Know'
This is a role that aims to reorganise the document management system and process. There is a lot of freedom to establish and suggest processes which may improve working.

With this in mind the ideal candidate should have the following:

. Must be willing to think creatively and take initiative
. Must be confident and assertive
. Must be highly organized
. Must be a self-starter
. Must be very pragmatic to drive progress
. Must be able to deal with uncertainty as processes are established
. Must have at least 2 years' experience in handling classified documentation
In addition, the candidate will be asked to perform:

. Administration activities for the Security Accreditation team.
. Organisation and preparation of Security Accreditation Board (SAB) meetings; including production of invitations and support initiating meetings, drafting of minutes of meetings and updating of organisational documents
. Administrative activities identified by the SAB Chairperson and Deputy SAB Chairperson through actions arising from or in direct support to the proceedings of SAB meetings.
. Organisation and preparation of the Panel (GSAP) meetings; including production of invitations and support initiating meetings, drafting of minutes of meetings and updating of organisational documents under the direction of the Panel chairperson and/or the SAB secretariat.
. Organisation of the SAB document archives under the direction of the SAB Secretariat
