Description
Cyber Security Expert is required for a leading Financial Services company for a 6 month contract. The role is focused on Cyber Security Operations and maintaining the BAU environment.
As a Cyber Security Expert you are expected to have a broad knowledge of Cyber Security & Information Security and have recent hands-on experience as an SME/Technical Lead.
Responsibilities & Duties;
- DDOS mitigation and management - detecting, responding, remediating
- Design assurance - ie advising the business if they wish to introduce change
- Vulnerability Management
- Firewall reviews
- Working with Pen Testers
- Monitoring systems - analysing spikes in traffic
- Managing incidents, investigating and finding ways to prevent
Any industry qualifications would be beneficial such as GIAC or OSCP
