Description
Urgent requirement for 2 experienced French Speaking Help Desk Engineers for France (Plessis Robinson, Paris Area):
Start: knowledge transfer week starting the 18th of Dec
Operational start, 3d of January 2018
You will be living in France and speak fluent French.
Duration: 6 month (this is a migration with some thousand users)
JD:
Assist user through phone to prepare his/her Workstation to the migration
Receive call from user who needs support during migration
Escalate issue to the manager
Answer to users mails
To be able to explain Office 365 migration (to make the user comfortable with the different steps)
All anomalies will be reported in FAQ database to optimize support
Requested profile: 1st experience with helpdesk and good skills with Office 365 mandatory.
To have already been part of one Microsoft Office 365 migration.
The engineer will not follow a process or script, will needs to know Office 365.
