Description
The People Network are currently working with a large automotive company based within the West Midlands on the search for an Embedded Software Engineer for an initial 3 month contract to design and develop software for high performance Embedded systems.The ideal contractor will have experience of Embedded software for 8-, 16- and 32-bit micro controllers using established design practices and software life cycles in line with the ISO2001:2008 quality systems and high integrity design standards.
Essential Skills:
Embedded C/C++
RTOS
MISRA
ISO26262 (or similar standards)
Working within a highly regulated sector
Experience of CAN based tools eg: CANAlysrer, CANape, PCAN
Model-based Development tools eg: Mathworks Simulink and Stateflow, dSpace TargetLink
