Harris Global is currently looking for an Infrastructure Technical Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
The work will be carried out in Luxemburg.
Requirements;
-advise on the technical area of the company's infrastructure and client's infrastructure;
Transform the IT vision of the CEO/CTO, into a strategic implementation plan, for the infrastructure, and for our client infrastructure;
You are a technical reference for the infrastructure team member, implementations and technical experience;
You actively participate as technical lead but also: hands-on and in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
You provide pro-active, accurate and concise written feedback on the major event, major project, and IT roadmap.
You actively participate in the sales process,
- design target architecture which match the customer needs,
- defend the proposed solution to the audience,
- write the technical elements,
- define implementation detailed plan,
Occasionally you will help the client support team to solve very complex incident, and for structural improvement of the client solutions.
Required skills:
- You have a Wide technical knowledge of infrastructure subject (DC, HDW, Network, Security, OS Linux based),
- Experience with Oracle product is a plus,
- Able to learn fast new technical area,
- experience in the relevant position,
- Strong reliability and autonomy,
- Fluent in English and French is mandatory, written and oral communication skills are key;
- Good Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus,
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under all circumstances.
- Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;
- You are very flexible, and can adapt to a multi-cultural environment;
