Hello,
We are actively looking for a Service Desk Agent L1 & L2 for a freelance role in Brussels.
Function: Service Desk Agent L1 & L2 - Support Analyst (see attachment) - Experience as SD agent is mandatory
Technical requirements:
- Understanding of PC technologies;
- Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly;
- Understanding basic Windows operating systems and MS Application and common fixes to issues including email exchange
- Being able to diagnose issues affecting desktop performance, both generic issues affecting estate and specific desktop PC issues
- Knowledge of the ICT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc used within own organization.
- Understanding of applications used and applying common desktop related fixes such as application not launching, freezing or missing.
Start date: Asap
End date: 30.06.2018 with possible extension
Location: Brussels
Other requirements:
- Full time is mandatory
- Work in shifts
- Guard: 1x/month (24x7 outside business hours)
Languages: French (native/fluent) - Dutch - English as SPOC for our customers
