For our client, a leading Sweden-based Bank, we are currently looking for an IT Developer analyst with experience in Lending, bank loans, ledger domain etc and technical competence with Cobol/
Mainframe/DB2, MSSQL, VB6.
Background: Competence risks in Lending Mortgage areas (due to age structure, system complexity, lack of documentation)
Job description: Application Maintenance activities: Activities, that are to ensure that the Service (system), within its functionality as well as in accordance to agreed SLA, works the way it is designed and that users can use the service (ie incident handling, problem handling, monitoring, measuring and reporting).
Required skills Domain Bank Loans Ledger Domain knowledge Documentation: both system doc and code comments - in Swedish Technology: Mainframe/Cobol/DB2, MSSQL, VB6 Competence level: High in the team Working way: Agile/Scrum team Expectations from team: High Domain knowledge and commitment.
Developer with at least 10 years' experience of programming. Have IT academic degree or relevant. Experience of both development and maintenance
Business knowledge: Financial processes and systems (requirement) Basic Lending processes (requirement)
Preferd skills: Basic knowledge within mortgages and bank loans; processes and business rules (Plus) Desirably knowledge within treasury, lending capital to financial markets and covered bonds (Plus)
Personality profile: Taking initiatives: Able to own what needs to be done. Able to lead activities. Responsibility: Ask questions if needed. Dedicated to solving problems. Responsiveness: Be active in meetings. React on directives from the team members and stakeholders. Endurable: to have energy to focus on the problem until it's solved.
