Description

FinXL are looking to build a team of 10. Service Desk Engineers.

The resources will work primarily with Network assurance and have the following experience, skills and capabilities.

Mandatory
Service desk experience level 1 Network Engineering skills
Telecommunications or Networking qualifications.
Excellent communications and phone manner.

Responsibilities
The dedicated resource will perform the following Service Request and Incident Management activities:
Manage allocated Remedy queue

Triage Service Request and Network Incidents including but not limited to:
Checking for current network outages
Review of existing incidents
Service Impact Assessment
Service Delivery Partner Co-ordination
Create Network Incident if required
Create Ticket of work
Resolve Service Request and comment on resolution
Support Real Time change management activities

6 Month Contract,
CBD Location.
