Description
As a result of increased Change Programme activity, our client is looking to recruit additional experienced resource to support their Risk & Compliance team in the delivery of assurance reviews. Focused on their enhanced monitoring programme, the consultant will ensure the increased risk as a result of major change activity is mitigated by enhancing their assurance review model, conducting detailed reviews, ensuring the underlying assurance methodology is adhered to and working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the business to build strong relationships between Risk & Compliance and their internal customers. This role could be suitable for candidates from a variety of different backgrounds including Risk, Audit or Compliance professionals.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate previous experience of operating in a Change/Project environment within Financial Services with up to date knowledge of FCA regulations.
