Job description:
We are looking for an SAP Application Expert with several years of experience from SAP Information Steward, SQL databases and preferably also Information Steward Accelerator.
The position is full time with placement in Stockholm.
The primary tasks for the Application Expert with focus on Information Steward are:
- Be a driver to understand and convert IT and business requirements to solutions:
- Pain point analysis - Participate in meetings with IT and business to understand, define and document the main pain points related to data quality
- Functional design specifications
- System configuration in SAP Information Steward and Information Steward Accelerator
- Test - Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements and be part of execution of tests, both cross projects and to surrounding systems outside SAP
- Stabilization of solution
- Participate in defining a business glossary and policy management
- Provide system analysis and know-how
- Participate in defining a data fetching strategy and data deletion strategy for Information Steward
- Define and configure data import from SAP and non-SAP systems into Information Steward both directly and via MS-SQL staging area
- Have solution overview
- Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
- Use own knowledge/experience and problem-solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
- Transfer software product knowledge to employees, let them perform system related configuration etc.
Mandatory requirements
- More than 3 years of experience of design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP Information Steward
- At least 2 years of experience from data analytics
- Deep database knowledge, specifically SQL
- Thorough understanding of and experience from master data setup in SAP ECC, with special focus on:
- Article object
- Business Partner/Customer objects
- Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP ECC
- Experience from large, global organizations
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
- Excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
Qualifying:
- Information Steward Accelerator experience
- Experience from data quality monitoring
- Experience of design and configuration in SAP IS Retail
- Experience of design and configuration in SAP CRM
Tools Qualifying:
- HP ALM
- ServiceNow
- Atlassian Jira
- MS Sharepoint
Others
