Service Desk Analyst/Help Desk/1st Line Support Analyst with good customer service skills urgently required to join a growing service desk team in Central London

The successful Service Desk Analyst/Help Desk/1st Line Support analyst will be fielding calls and logging issues whilst providing outstanding customer service.

Key skills for the Service Desk Analyst/Help Desk/1st Line Support Analyst include;
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- MS Office

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 3 months (initial)

Rate: £12ph

This is the busiest time on the desk, so as well as excellent customer service they are looking for reliability and enthusiasm.
