Dynamics CRM administrator (Inhouse)Dynamics CRM administrator opportunity to coordinate future developments of a significant membership based organisation.
The role holder will be responsible for general day-to-day management and support of the application. This will primarily include support of the business and its users but also involve configuration, testing, writing and developing reports.
You will be responsible for prioritising CRM related work across the organisation, managing relationships with developers, including any third parties and internal stakeholders to find logical, innovative solutions to improve the system and ensure that it is fit for purpose.
The Initial challenges involved will be:
- Migrated CRM Data using Scribe
- Improving user adoption rates
- Implementing user access rights
- D365 - Customisation / configuration
- Managing change requests
- Supporting circa 50 users
