Key Responsibilities:
Detailed technical investigation, identification of root cause and development of effective solutions. Any temporary solutions are to be replaced in short order by permanent ones. All related administrative tasks (such as mandatory training, updating tickets etc.) are to be performed in an extremely conscientious and timely fashion maintaining.
