Snr IT Infrastructure Engineer - Contract (Dublin)
I am working with an innovative IT provider who are seeking to build a new infrastructure team in Dublin. This is a large company who have already established themselves in the Dublin market. If you are an Infrastructure Engineer contractor, or you are considering contracting, you do not want to miss out on this fantastic role.
The ideal candidate will have a networking background with CCNA or CCNP certification. You must also have a background in windows technologies - MCSA or MSCE certification is very favourable!
Candidates must have:
- Experience as a Windows Systems Administration
- Experience administering Firewalls, Cisco/Brocade Switches and Routers.
- Experienced 2nd & 3rd level Windows systems administration (Windows Server 2008, 2012 & 2016)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.
- Microsoft Office 365 (migration, support and management) desired
- Demonstrated experience with Active Directory/Group Policy
- Demonstrated experience with MS Windows Exchange
- VMware experience essential.
- Sound ability to quickly identify and diagnose errors and resolve these logically in a short time frame.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to resolve complex hardware and software faults
