Proteus Europe is searching for a Test manager speaking French available to work in a long term project in Belgium

Your New role :-

The mission is to strengthen the Testing team in order to provide adequate support / expertise / training to the various employees involved in the Company Testing process (Projects and Maintenance)

In close collaboration with Test Manager, test coordinators and automation specialists, actively participate in the implementation of testing in the company:
- Deployment of the test methodology
- Set up a new - educational testing plan- for the different participants in the testing process (project manager, BA, developers and business)
- Update the supports used during training (methodology, tools, ...)
- Expertise / Support for projects and maintenance (SDM)
- Accompaniment of the BA and Business in their mission of tester (writing of tests, execution, ...)
- Provide the necessary support for the creation of automatic standard reports
- Support tools
- Provide training tools (HPQC or VSTS) to the different participants
- Ensure the configuration of tools according to project needs and ensure transversal coherence between projects and maintenance
- Continue the implementation of the continuous improvement of these tools

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Essential Skills :-
- experience in test coordination
- Knowledge of the testing process in Waterfall / Agile projects
- User and Administrator knowledge of HPQC and VSTS tools
- Knowledge of vba / vbscript and knowledge of HPQC OTA
- Excellent speaking and writing skills
