This contract is for 6 months to start on in Villebon sur Yvette, near Paris. You have to speak French and English fluently. Payrate depend on your profile.
Job description
Order, configure, train and support users on their IT issues (on laptop but also iPad and iPhone) for French/Belgium/Italian employees but also relative to the French manager like Spain/Turkey

HP/Apple/Cisco/Microsoft/Bouygues
Responsible of the mobile/telecom maintenance
Implement project request by the corporate (offshore team will help)
Servers and network devices (Offshore team can help and advise the person even if he/she never install a server)
Laptop/Desktop/iPAD/iPhone/Printers
Installation, maintenance, update, implementation of new function
Weekly maintenance with patching and update
Monitoring the Servers with SCOM
Backup
Internet lines
Responsible of the good function of access onsite
Provided the necessary solution for the daily work at home
Knowledge need:
Active Directory/Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/SCCM/Symantec BackupExec/Microsoft office - 365
