Media Administrator - Contract - Newport - £12 P/H

My client is currently looking for a Media Admin Officer to come on board for an initial 3 months contract in Newport, South Wales.

Rate: £12 per hour
Location: Newport, South Wales
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: ASAP

Key Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing the day-to-day operations for the Media Relations Office. This will include the service delivery, query research and providing support.
  • Able to maintain the media contact databases and use the database to build distribution lists.
  • To Manage the publications and promotions of the clients New Releases and other products.
  • Manage to media relation inbox, prioritising and assigning queries to the Media Relation Officers.
  • Manage key administrate tasks that are required by the business (ie booking meeting rooms, taking minutes, coordinating travel and accommodation).

*Please note this role may sometimes require a 7am start*
